DESCRIPTION: Replacement Dwelling
The aim of this project was to provide a contemporary dwelling which allowed for part of it to be used as accommodation for a family member but retained its privacy, also allowing the dwelling to function as one in the future if required. The client also wanted through views and to be able to see all the way down the driveway from the kitchen.
The project had a few challenges due to the property being in green belt. We were restricted by the 30% increase which proved challenging, also taking care to ensure the existing public right of way remained.
