Paul Jeffcoat - Managing Director

Paul has always had a strong design background having completed his initial accreditations at Bournville School Of Art and Design and has also been involved in building refurbishment and development over a number of years, having completed many of his own residential projects. Good communication skills compliment Paul’s design led approach, he brings with him a wealth of experience and offers key advice on the smooth running of the business. Paul also has a keen interest in business expansion through his networking contacts and has many years’ experience in all the design led software programmes used today.

Helen Lane - Managing Director

Helen is a people person. Having had a background of children’s development and teaching skills. This background helps Helen with key communication skills and the forming of effective relationships with clients, fellow professionals and with the team of staff at Kenmore Design team. Helen is interested in more traditional design having lived mainly in listed or refurbished cottage style properties.

Andrew Miles - Design & Construction Manager

Andy is accomplished in turning design ideas into built form. He has won a TV show beating the Grand Design Series winner with his own self-build project. Clients rely on his expertise, experience and honesty. Involved in land acquisition and working closely with local land agents, Andy usually knows of at least a handful of interesting site investment opportunities. Andy’s strengths are liaising with other disciplines and collaborating with planners to find a sensible solution to a problem. With over 18 years’ experience in designing all types of buildings and has been heavily involved in many developments.

Sean Keane - Design Manager

Sean joined the practice in 2005 and has over 25 years’ experience on variety of small and large-scale projects, including, residential, healthcare, leisure, educational and commercial. Prior to Kenmoore Design, Sean has worked for numerous practices in East Anglia and the West Midlands including national house builders. Sean keeps up to date with all aspects of the construction industry and is proficient in AutoCAD and hand rendered sketches

James Read - Architectural Technologist

James studied Architectural Design Technology at Coventry University and he is an Associate member of CIAT and is currently working toward Chartered Membership. James joined the team in 2014 having previously worked in a west midlands practice on UK wide projects. He has experience in residential, ecclesiastical and commercial sectors. James produces high quality 3D visualisation that is used for planning or for clients to visualise projects. He is proficient in software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD and Revit.

Sam Stevens - Architectural Assistant

Sam completed RIBA / ARB Part I in Architecture from the Oxford School of Architecture and had over 10 years experience before joining Kenmoore, Sam practiced in the South East working on small residential works to large master-plans in the UK and aboard. Through her time in the industry, Sam has worked on a multitude of projects including listed buildings, stand alone houses, large housing development schemes, educational, healthcare and commercial projects. She has a number of years’ experience in programmes such as AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign.

Nicola Mahon - Project Manager

Nicola has worked in Project Management for over six years. She worked with Andy for three years before moving into the Museum and Exhibition sector where she gained over two years project management at The Tate Modern, National Army Museum, National History Museum, The Science Museum, The RSC Stratford upon Avon and World Museum Liverpool. She has now returned with a wealth of experience to help project manage new developments with Kenmoore Design.
